The successful candidate will be a member of the Academic Administration team mainly focusing on graduate admissions and will be responsible for co-ordinating the admissions of one taught masters course which receives around 230 applications each year and admits around 30 students each year.

NERC Industrial CASE Studentship with the Meteorological Office
Applications are invited for a 4 year D.Phil. Industrial CASE Studentship in Mathematics, funded by NERC to work on a project in the field of Geophysical Fluid Dynamics, investigating the stability of continuously stratified zonal jets near the equator. The supervisors are Professor Irene Moroz (Mathematics), Professors David Marshall and Peter Read (Atmospheric Physics), and Dr Mike Bell (Meteorological Office).
