Research interests:
I am a Postdoctorate Research Associate under the supervision of José Antonio Carrillo de la Plata. I'm working in Nonlinear Partial Differential Equations applied to the living sciences. My main field of interest is Mathematical Neuroscience, in particular the study of mean-field type models describing neural networks at the mesoscopic scale. I also work on models of aggregation-diffusion type for population dynamics and integro-differential PDEs applied to genetics. I try to cover all aspects of the research in Mathematical biology: modelling, numerical simulations, collaborations with experimentalists and mathematical analysis.
